Before Vergeront, Lundsten and Bridge, JJ. 1 Keith Rivas appeals a judgment convicting him of second-degree sexual assault. He contends that the evidence did not support the jury's finding that his victim did not consent to sexual intercourse with him. We disagree, and therefore affirm.
