Before Dykman, Vergeront and Lundsten, JJ. 1 Jason Kenney appeals a judgment convicting him of stalking. He entered a no-contest plea to the charge and then moved to withdraw it. The trial court denied the motion to withdraw his plea and Kenney challenges that decision on appeal. We affirm.
