ΒΆ1 The State of Wisconsin appeals the circuit court's order granting Gay Denner's motion to suppress evidence on the ground that the arresting officer did not have reasonable suspicion to stop his vehicle. We conclude the officer did have the requisite reasonable suspicion and we therefore reverse and remand for further proceedings.
