I thought it would be great to be able to do some magic with cigars.
My investigations led me to the Cigar from The Purse Trick (associated with Nate Leipzig but originally created by G.W. Hunter).
In this manuscript I offer a different switch out of the gimmick purse, a new handling of the change over move, producing a second cigar from the purse, and the continuous cigar production that concludes with a production of a bigger cigar.
I have also developed routines using the cigar band, the cigar ash, and the cigar itself as a misdirective tool, including my Cigar Side Slip, a card manipulation that evaded me for years.
My manuscript contains many photographs, ideas on how to make prop cigars, and suggests other books on the subject.
