Action-Adventure with a touch of romance. CIA operative Owen Putman is sent into a country to discover who is sabotaging a dam being built by Texan Chris Galbec. Galbec’s daughter shows up and in promptly kidnapped. Owen must try to rescue her while maintaining his cover story, but Laura will not stay where he leaves her, putting both of them, and her father, in danger.
