This book is a collection of four ancient epics that tell the story of the Trojan War and its aftermath:

Homer’s "Iliad"
Tells the story of the wrath of Achilles and the death of Hector.

Quintus of Smyrna’s "Posthomerica"
Tell the story of the rest of the Trojan War, including the story of the Trojan Horse.

Homer’s "Odyssey"
Tells the story of Odysseus' adventures and homecoming after the Trojan War.

Virgil’s "Aeneid"
Tells the story of Aeneus, who travels to Italy by way of Carthage to fulfill his destiny of becoming an important ancestor of the Roman people.

I have retold these epic poems to make them easier to read. In my retellings, I supply important background information.
