I almost choked and died in the course of reading the letters in this book. That is because I was laughing extremely hard while enjoying a Piet Doke at the same time as reading this book. So, as a general health policy I hope they add a surgeon general's warning to the front cover. Besides that, it is quite brilliant. That is all.
