A jury found defendant James David Majors guilty of the first degree murders of Thomas Probst, Jeanine Copeland, and Patrick Mungavin (Pen. Code, §§ 187, subd. (a), 189) *fn1 and of first degree robbery (§§ 211, 212.5, subd. (a)). The jury also found defendant had personally used a firearm during the three murders and the robbery. (§ 12022.5, subd. (a).)
