This book was so bad that I am not going to waste the hour describing all that was wrong with it. The only thing good was a short list of the micronutrient density of some of the plant sources. I definitely would not recommend this book because a lot of the data is totally wrong and contradicted by many major medical resources and he didn't do his research homework before making a lot of his recommendations.
