Well, I have to say, the ending was good, but I am very upset Ivan was killed. The darn story would have been just fine without his death. No mention of what happened to his wife and child!

This was a great book I loved from start to finish. The characters are well developed and engaging and with a great storyline it kept me turning the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I appreciated the way the author started this book where the last one ended and put our minds to rest almost immediately. I am not a fan of cliffys and cheating. Even though there were cliffys, the writing and storyline was so darkly romantic that I was hooked from the beginning. As Roman and Rourke try to navigate through his messy past and current issues, their intense love for each other was always an underlying strength in this finale story. Roman was the ultimate damaged brooding, strong alpha male who could only be healed and redeemed by his love for Rourke. Rourke was challenged to come into her own as Roman’s world was full of maliciousness, violence, and power plays. A great ending to their journey that will have me re-reading this saga again and again. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
