In their storied basketball history, the Murray State Racers had only won one NCAA Tournament game leading into the 2009-10 season. That year, the Racers won a record-setting 31 games en route to another trip to the NCAA Tournament. In their opening round game against Vanderbilt, Murray State’s Danero Thomas hit the iconic buzzer-beating shot that is still talked about today by Racer fans everywhere.
