Description

What does one do with a matchmaking cat named Romeo?

Spirited and beautiful, Jillian Parker is one of Marietta’s newest business owners. Still, her mother worries about Jillian’s bare ring finger. So in order to give her mother something else to fuss over, Jillian adopts a cat named Romeo. He turns out to be anything but a docile lap cat.

One snowy night, Romeo makes a break for it. With Jillian right on his heels, they have a near miss with a passing pickup driven by Avery Wainwright, one of Jillian’s closest friends. A rodeo accident has the sexy cowboy returning home to recuperate, and he’s not happy about it.

So when Avery finds himself lassoed into the Bachelor Bake-Off, he turns to the one person who has always helped him out—Jillian. But will teaching him to take chances outside of the show ring have them both discovering that their feelings for each other run much deeper than they ever imagined?

Jillian and Avery's was written to be a sweet romance. Avery learned he had a second chance with Jillian that he could not blow. He had to leave guilt behind in order to move forward. A good clean romance. It leave your with happy thoughts.

Jillian Parker is wrapped up in opening her new business Tangled Charms with her co-owner and friend Suzanna. When her mothers cat escapes she comes face to face with her long time crush Avery Wainwright who has returned home to nurse the leg he hurt while on the rodeo circuit. When Avery's sister ropes him into being part of the Marietta Bachelor Bake Off he realizes he needs a teacher. Jillian is hesitant to help him after he rejected her before but gives in to help support the cause. As the lessons go on feelings start to resurface along with the town gossip. Can the two get over there past and the towns gossip and build a life together? I really liked this book. The main Characters are likable and easy to root for.

Sprinkled with Love by Jennifer Faye is book number three Bachelor Bake-Off series. This is Jillian Parker and Avery Wainwright's story. This is another sweet and cute addition to the Bachelor Bake-Off series. I really enjoyed the cats Romeo and Marshmallow but I had a hard time connecting to Jillian and Avery's characters. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

This was a good story. Jillian and Avery have a history together, but had gone their separate ways when Avery went on the Rodeo circuit. But now he is back in town due to an injury, and his sister was kind enough to sign him up for the Bachelor Bake Off fundraiser. For that he needed Jillian's help. I loved the characters, especially the cats. Jillian and Avery both have such big hearts, even if they are both a bit on the stubborn side at times.

A sweet romance in the Bachelor Bake-off series. Who ever thought a cat, Romeo would be a matchmaker. Loved it. This is story of taking risks and not always looking back but moving forward. Avery, a rodeo cowboy has returned home and recovering from injuries and has been lassoed into the baking competition. Avery needs help in the kitchen, so his friend Jillian has offered to help. Soon they are working together and baking is not the only thing heating up in the kitchen. A great addition to this series, loved the main characters including Romeo. I highly recommend this story along with the rest of stories in this series.

I truly enjoyed reading Sprinkled With Love written by Jennifer Faye, the third entry in the Bachelor Bake-Off series. This is wonderful collaboration by Tule authors has the Bachelor Bake-Off as a fund raiser for the town to buy a rundown house in Marietta and refurbish in the memory of firefighter Harry Morgan as a teen center. Each of the bachelors entered into this “contest” are not cooks. In this story, cowboy Avery Wainwright literally runs into Jillian Parker as he returns home to recover from a rodeo accident. Jillian worked for Avery as a nanny for his siblings until they turned eighteen last year and is about to open a shop with her best friend. Avery is entered into the Bake-Off by his sister as a way for him to honor his friend Harry Morgan, but Avery can’t bake. Avery turns to Jillian for her help to learn some baking skills so he doesn’t look like a fool at the competition. In the meantime, the cat, Romeo, that Jillian adopted for her mother seems to have fallen in love with Avery’s Marshmallow. Between the baking lessons, an awkward ex who won’t give up, miscommunication, and the cats, Avery and Jillian might have too many forces interfering with their chance to discover their feelings for each other. This was a sweet, fun and entertaining story with very likeable and authentic characters that you want to cheer on, hoping for that happy ending. The characters were well written with complex characteristics. The story line was riveting and kept my attention to the very end. I enjoyed reading this book and had trouble putting this book down, reading it in one day. I am truly looking forward to the next entry in the Bachelor Bake-Off series. I highly recommend this book to other readers. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Jillian and Avery keep missing the opportunity for love. This time, the stars align, runaway cats help with matchmaking, and a little bit of tutoring for a baking contest throw them together. The attraction is too much to deny. They have to find it in their hearts to take the chance and go the distance for a forever love.

So far I've really enjoyed these Bachelor Bake-Off books and this one is no exception. This story isn't quite as light and fluffy as the others but it's very entertaining all the same. Avery Wainwright is another bachelor that has gotten roped into the bake-off by well meaning relatives. There is no way he can get through this without some help. Who better than his good friend Jillian Parker. I recommend this one to everyone.
